Fine Lumber & Plywood, Inc., is a local family-owned lumberyard in Austin, providing our customers throughout Texas with the highest quality and one of the largest varieties of hardwoods, plywoods, exotic woods, and custom trim available for over 20 years. We stock a wide variety of hardwood species, many of which are exotic, a wide assortment of dimensional pre-milled lumber, many kinds of hardwood plywood and manufactured panels in varying thickness, plus other items and materials to help in your woodworking endeavor. For instance, we are one of the few lumberyards that carry fire-treated plywood in Central Texas. We can deliver your order in Austin or the surrounding area. If you are outside this area, we can ship almost anywhere.

No matter the project at hand, our experienced staff can provide the exact product or service you need to produce your work of art. We offer custom milling services in our large millwork shop, and CNC capabilities in our state-of-the-art, on-premise shop.
Now distributing Columbia Formaldehyde-free products
Wood craftsmen require high-quality products to work with, but more and more, they also demand that these products are produced responsibly. To foster long-term environmental sustainability, Columbia Forest Products offers a line of environmentally certified decorative panels and veneered particleboard that carries the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) ecolabel and qualifies toward the US Green Building Council LEED Green Building System requirements. Columbia is now in the process of converting all of its standard hardwood plywood production to produce formaldehyde-free panels called PureBond™. Cost-competitive with the standard urea formaldehyde (UF)-made hardwood plywood, Columbia's PureBond formula is derived naturally, then enhanced with a proprietary resin, giving it particularly strong bonding and water-resistance qualities.
White River's complete line
White River's complete line of over 550 mouldings are available in Poplar and Red Oak, which are ready for prompt shipment. 65% of these mouldings are available in long-lengths of 12 to 16 feet. White River also has over 250 woodcarvings available, which are manufactured from Lindenwood, with selected patterns also available in Maple & Cherry.
